Mirrodin Block
Mirrodin block was the first set to focus on artifacts since Antiquities. Unfortunately Wizards forgot how powerful colorless spells can be, leading to the second Combo Winter, and yet another reason to add to the list of things that killed Magic (but didnt). With regards to limited, I think mtgsalvation user scottjhebert sums it up best:
“I drafted triple Mirrodin back in the day, and one serious issue is drafting too many pants and not enough men. This leads, generally, to very swingy decks, where if you get your men, the pants make you very powerful, but sometimes you have a lot of pants and no men and die to any curve.”
So rent this draft now, and make sure to draft enough men to fill all the pants.
